100% remote, truly connected
Axmed is 100% remote, with Axmates working across 14 countries. Within that, five hubs: Spain, the UK, Switzerland, Kenya, and Ghana, are home to a big share of the team, and Axmates in those locations get together in person every month or so, running workshops, sharing feedback, and just spending time together.
Once a year, the whole company comes together for an offsite. In 2026, we spent four days together in sunny Analya, Türkiye.
Meanwhile, online, we've built our own rituals to stay close. Every other week, the whole company joins a team huddle for updates across teams, and virtual socials give everyone a regular reason to spend time together beyond work meetings. It means distance doesn't get in the way of actually knowing and connecting with your colleagues.
